It’s going to be really hard for Democrats to keep blaming Republicans for the attack on Paul Pelosi after the latest bombshell surfaced.
Nancy Pelosi, the US Speaker of the House and long-time US Rep for California, is personally facing the consequences of her party’s agenda to entice migrants to come to the US illegally, set up sanctuary cities to flood the county with people who hate Americans.
Recently Pelosi’s husband, Paul, was attacked by a man who is not in the country legally, according to officials.
Sources with Immigrations and Customers Enforcement (ICE) have indicated David DePape, the man accused of assaulting Paul Pelosi with a hammer is an illegal immigrant.
Sources cited both by Fox News and the New York Post state DePape had illegal status due to overstaying his visa.
“He was reportedly born in Canada and emigrated to the U.S. about 20 years ago. The Post notes that he obtained a social security number with a job in 2001, though there is no indication of how long he remained in the United States past the legal threshold,” The Political Insider reported, adding:
“NEW: Per ICE source, David DePape, the suspect accused of beating Paul Pelosi in his home with a hammer after breaking in, is currently in the U.S. illegally as a “longtime” visa overstay. @FoxNews,” Bill Melugin reported.
The Political Insider reported:
The media have spent much of the time following the attack on Paul Pelosi portraying him as a right-wing conspiracy theorist (something that may ultimately prove true) but have downplayed his status as an illegal immigrant.
Any journalist with an ounce of integrity would add a question regarding DePape’s illegal status to their arsenal, especially in light of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s stance on illegal immigration and the fact that the couple lives in the sanctuary city of San Francisco.
“Oh, and now I hear that Pelosi assailant David DePape is here illegally??
Don’t we have enough “homegrown” crazies? Do we need to take in the unstable from all over the world? This is why we need borders, border security, and immigration enforcement,” Barry Jacobsen reported
Paul Pelosi was the victim of a heinous assault inside his San Francisco home after DePape reportedly broke in the Speaker’s home. He reportedly was seeking the Democrat congresswoman to hold her hostage and break “her kneecaps” if he caught her lying.
DePape, aside from being an illegal immigrant, now faces charges of assault and attempted kidnapping involving the family of a federal official.
He faces up to 50 years in prison, according to a statement by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California.

Now that we have the DePape affidavit, the Pelosi “misinformation” battle has been settled.
DePape is not Pelosi’s gay lover. He is not a MAGA terrorist, either. He is a crazed illegal alien.
That means it’s a draw (which is exactly how freedom of speech is supposed to work), Hans Mahncke wrote.

It’s time for journalists to start lining up some hard-hitting questions for the Speaker of the House. Mainly – Does she still believe that all illegal immigrants have “dignity and worth”?
At a press gathering in 2019, Mrs. Pelosi invoked religion as a means of protecting the worth of illegal immigrants, all of whom supposedly “have a spark of divinity.”
At the time, she was referencing former President Donald Trump’s insistence on securing the border as being “not consistent with our faith, with our belief that every person has — has dignity and worth, that every person has a spark of divinity within them that we need to respect.”
“Everyone is born with a spark of divinity.”
“We are all God’s children.”
“How can we do anything less than respect the dignity and worth of every human being…”@SpeakerPelosi at #IRFMinisterial
“WHAT ABOUT THE UNBORN TINY HUMAN BEINGS?! Protect them too, Madame Speaker!” Jenna Ellis reported.

The California Democrat came to the defense of MS-13 gang members when Trump referred to them correctly as “animals.”
“There is a spark of divinity among every person on earth, and we all have to recognize that as we respect the dignity and worth of every person,” Pelosi said.
Will she be able to find that spark of divinity with DePape after he assaulted her husband?
CNN reported on the timeline of the events at the Pelosi home:
CNN previously reported there may be video of the break-in that US Capitol Police and law enforcement could review as there are security cameras at the home, according to two law enforcement sources.
The San Francisco Police Department had stopped regularly posting a patrol car outside Pelosi’s house last year, according to two additional sources.
The Washington Post first reported the additional details of how Capitol Police became aware of the attack.
